Applications for civil service testing are currently being accepted by the City of Kenner. 1801 Williams Blvd, Building C, 2nd floor.

Police Officer

Starting salary - $36,000

(plus $6,000 State Supplemental pay after one year)

*Must be 21 years of age or older

Correctional Peace Officer

Starting salary - $29,000

(plus $6,000 State Supplemental pay after one year)

*Must be 18 years of age or older

Communications Officer

Starting salary - $27,000

*Must be 18 years of age or older
