The Kenner Police Department has joined together with K-TV 76 to produce a monthly television program called "Beyond The Badge."  The show gives viewers an inside look at the Kenner Police Department and the services the department offers to the community.

"This program will allow citizens to better understand what we do and what we can do for them," said Kenner Police Chief Steve Caraway.

Beyond The Badge began airing in June of 2007.  Episodes have featured segments focusing on the KPD D.A.R.E. program, Kenner’s most wanted, KPD recruiting, various safety topics and community events and organizations. Kenner’s Most Wanted is a regular segment on the show featuring Sergeant Brian McGregor, who highlights three wanted individuals, updates and an unsolved homicide case.

Catch Beyond The Badge at 11 p.m. on Tuesdays and 5 p.m. on Thursdays each month on Cox Cable Jefferson, Channel 76.  For additional show times click here.
