| During Phase III evacuation,
Contraflow
is in effect with the following road
restrictions: |

Residents within Zone 4 wishing to travel North
to Hammond and Mississippi
via I-55 must use the Westbound onramp at Loyola Drive or
the Westbound onramp at Williams Boulevard. |

Residents within Zone 4 wishing to travel West
to Baton Rouge via I-10 must use the Eastbound offramp at Williams
Boulevard. |
 |
Residents within Zone 4 may also travel West to
Baton Rouge on Highway 61 (Airline)
or LA 48 (3rd Street). |
