During Phase III evacuation,
Contraflow is in effect with the following road restrictions:
Residents within Zone 3 wishing to travel North
to Hammond and Mississippi via I-55 must use the Westbound onramp at Loyola Drive or
the Westbound onramp at Williams Boulevard.
Residents within Zone 3 wishing to travel West
to Baton Rouge via I-10 must use the Eastbound offramp at Williams
Boulevard.
