ARREST
WARRANTS ISSUED IN
KENNER
ROBBERY
KENNER - Kenner Police
have issued arrest warrants for four individuals concerning an
armed robbery that occurred on Saturday, August 5, 2009, in the
5400 block of Craig
Avenue, in
Kenner.
Working with Jefferson Parish
Sheriff’s Office and St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office Detectives,
arrest warrants were issued Monday for Steven Olivieri, 19,
Edgar Olivieri, 36, Justin Olivieri, 18, and Richard Faciane
Jr., 21, all of Slidell for the crime of armed robbery.
A few minutes after midnight on Saturday,
August 5, 2009, a woman was robbed in her driveway in the 5400
block of Craig Avenue, in Kenner.
As the victim opened her vehicle
door a man pointed a pistol at her and demanded her purse.
This robbery was linked to two other
robberies which had occurred in the 1400 block of Lake Avenue and in
the 4300 block of
Lucerne Street, in
Metairie.
The Olivieri’s and Faciane are in the
custody of the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, responsible
for a burglary ring, in which they committed nearly 70 vehicle
burglaries and stole up to $10000.00 worth of goods in St.
Tammany Parish.
