Kevin Jones, Jr., 22, who provided
the home address of
29276 Winchester Lane, Denham
Springs, was arrested and charged with the crimes of computer
aided solicitation for sexual purposes and indecent behavior
with a juvenile (4-counts).
Jones was arrested at his home by
members of the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, Tangipahoa

The investigation began August 25,

Jones, who used the screen name

During the course of several chat
sessions which became sexual in nature, Jones invited the

masturbating.
Jones also sent several images of
pornography to detectives who were posing as a juvenile.
In addition to the above criminal charges,
Jones was also booked as a fugitive from Tangipahoa Parish.
Jones has a warrant for similar

At the time of this press release, Jones

Bond has not been set.
If convicted, Jones will be required to
register as a sex offender and faces imprisonment for not less
than two (2) years or more than ten (10) years.
With the multiple charges, however,
the sentence could be up to twenty-five (25) years.
