Police investigating armed robbery at adult book and video store
Kenner - On
Thursday, May 28, 2009, the Kenner Police Department responded
to an armed robbery at Paradise Adult Book and Video Store,
located at 41 West 24th Street in Kenner. The
investigation revealed that at approximately 2015 hours, an
unidentified black male, clad in a black baseball cap, black
shirt, brown pants, a black bandanna that covered his mouth and
nose, entered the store. The male subject was armed with what
appeared to be a black revolver. The black male demanded money
from the store. After complying with the robbers demands, the
male subject fled the location. The robbery was captured via
video surveillance. Pictures of the suspect accompany this
press release.
