DETECTIVES DISCOVER STASH OF DRUGS

KENNER – On April 22, 2009, at approximately 10:52 A.M., detectives of the Kenner Police Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant at Americas Best Hotel located at 2125 Veterans Hwy, Kenner.

Terrence G. Munson, B/M 25 of 4111 Delaware Ave., Kenner, La was arrested after detectives discovered 88.2 grams of Crack Cocaine, .7 grams of Heroin, and 450.2 grams of Marijuana inside the hotel room.

Terrence Munson is charged with:

Intent to distribute a Schedule I, Controlled Dangerous Substance (450.2 grams of Marijuana)

Illegal Possession a Schedule I, Controlled Dangerous Substance (450.2 grams of Marijuana)

Intent to distribute a Schedule II, Controlled Dangerous Substance (88.2 Grams of Crack Cocaine)

Illegal Possession a Schedule II, Controlled Dangerous Substance (88.2 Grams of Crack Cocaine)

Intent to distribute a Schedule I, Controlled Dangerous Substance (.7 grams of Heroin)

Illegal Possession a Schedule I, Controlled Dangerous Substance (.7 grams of Heroin)

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Munson has previous arrests for Possession with the Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Simple Burglary, Possession of Stolen Property and Aggravated Battery
