Kenner Police investigate murder

Kenner - The Kenner Police Department is investigating a murder that occurred in the 3100 block of Helena Street, in Kenner. At approximately 11:29 p.m., Saturday, October, 18, 2008, Kenner Police responded to a report of a shooting at the Lincoln Manor Playground, located at 3100 Helena Street, Kenner. Upon arrival, officers located Frank Williams, Jr., 20, who also uses the alias name “Frankie” and/or “Rell” with a gunshot wound. Williams was pronounced dead on scene.
