Kenner Police investigating shooting

 

Kenner – Shortly after 1:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 21, 2008, two unknown black males forced entry into a home, located in the 2700 block of Acron Street, Kenner armed with a shotgun.  The home was occupied by several Hispanic males.  The perpetrators demanded money from the victims.  As one of the victims was exiting his bedroom he was shot in the chest.  Both perpetrators fled the residence and got into a dark colored vehicle.  The victim was transported to Ochsner Kenner where he is hospitalized in stable condition.  

One perpetrator was described to be a black male, late teens or early 20’s, about 5’5” in height, about 125 pounds, wearing a white shirt and black pants. 

The second perpetrator was described to be a black male, late teens or early 20’s, about 6’0” in height, about 140 pounds, wearing a black shirt and black pants.

Detective Jesse Johnson is investigating this incident.
