Kenner man arrested for armed robbery

Kenner – On Thursday, June 5, 2008, John Sunseri, 22, of 2904 Kentucky Avenue, Kenner, was arrested for the crime of armed robbery.

On Monday, June 2, 2008, Sunseri entered the Shell fuel station, located at 2721 Williams Boulevard, Kenner. Armed with a knife, Sunseri demanded money from the cash register, which he received, and then fled the business. At the time of arrest, Sunseri was in the custody of the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center due to an unrelated purse snatching / robbery that occurred in Metairie.
