Kenner man arrested and charged with forcible rape

Kenner – On Friday, June 06, 2008, Albert Mitchell, 33, who provided the home address of 320 Farrar Avenue, Kenner, was arrested and charged with the crime of forcible rape. Mitchell was arrested after a 14 year old victim, he was acquainted, disclosed to school personnel that in January 2008, Mitchell picked her up from school and took her to an apartment located on W. Metairie Avenue. Mitchell held the juvenile down and against her will had sex with her.
