Kenner Police investigating bank robbery

Kenner-The Kenner Police Department is presently investigating a bank robbery that occurred at the First Bank and Trust at 3417 Williams Blvd, Kenner. At approximately 10:19 a.m., a black male, described to be 5’9”, 220 pounds, approximately 40 years of age, wearing a blue baseball hat, white shirt, and blue jeans entered the bank. The male announced the robbery and displayed an unknown caliber handgun to the teller. The male subject fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.

Detective Shaun Watson is investigating this incident.
