Possible Kidnapping / Sexual
Assault of Juvenile Update
Kenner-A Kenner
juvenile who claimed she was kidnapped and sexually assaulted
was arrested after she recanted and confessed that the complaint
she filed was false. The twelve year old juvenile was charged
with criminal mischief.
The juvenile originally
reported that on Sunday, June 29, 2008, she was on 38th
Street at the Duncan Canal in Kenner when a white male and black
male riding in a van, forced her into the van and sexually
assaulted her.
