Kenner Police Investigating Possible Kidnapping /Sexual Assault of Juvenile

Kenner- The Kenner Police Department is investigating a possible kidnapping and sexual assault of a juvenile. On June 29, 2008 at approximately 3:00 P.M., the victim was on 38th Street at the Duncan Canal in Kenner when a white male and black male riding in a van approached her. The males inquired about a subject that possibly resided in the area.

The subjects allegedly forced the juvenile into the van where she was sexually assaulted. The victim was driven to the 3500 block of Martinique Street where she was allowed to exit the van.

The subjects are described as:

An unknown white male, approximately 17-23 years of age, 5’5 to 5’6, thin build, and blond hair. The subject was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

An unknown black male, approximately 30 years of age, 5’10, stocky built, with salt and pepper hair. The subject has a “Heart” tattoo with unknown writing inside of it on his right arm and a “Dragon” tattoo on his left arm. The subject was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.

The van is described as an older model white panel type van, unknown make, or license number.

Detective Jeff Adams is investigating this incident.
