Kenner man admits to having sex with juvenile

 

Kenner - On Thursday, February 28, 2008, Jorge Galvez, 19, of Kenner, was arrested for the crime of forcible rape.  Galvez was arrested after a fifteen year old acquaintance reported that he picked her up from school, brought her to his brother’s home located in the 100 block of Auburn Place, Kenner, and then forced her to have sex with him.  Evidence recovered supported the victim’s account of the rape.  Galvez was interviewed by Detective Joseph McRae and confessed to having sexual intercourse with the victim.
