11 arrested, one sought in reference to check scheme update

Kenner - The Kenner Police Department has learned the Rodney Roussell may have fled to Houston, Texas in order to avoid arrest.

A major piece of information in this investigation was supplied by a tip to Crimestoppers.

Chief Steve Caraway urges anyone with information on the whereabouts of Rodney Roussell to contact the Kenner Police Department at (504) 712-2222 or Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111. Additional arrests will be made in reference to this investigation.

Detective David Stromeyer is the investigating officer.
